Delete your account

You can delete your List Kuwait account yourself, from inside the app, at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app

  1. Open the Profile tab and tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Apple will ask you to confirm as well.

That is all. You are signed out of every device straight away, and your data is removed as described below.

If you no longer have the app

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the request and delete the account within a few days. If you signed in with Google or Apple, tell us which, so we can find the right account.

What is deleted

  • Your email address, name, profile picture, bio, username and sign-in details
  • Reviews and ratings, comments and replies, and every photo or video you posted
  • Check-ins, saved items and collections
  • The people and organizers you follow, and your followers
  • Likes, deal claims, notifications and push tokens
  • Your sign-in record with Firebase, and — for Sign in with Apple — the connection to your Apple ID

What is kept

  • Your username is reserved for 90 days so that nobody can take it and pose as you. After that it becomes available again.
  • Help & Feedback conversations are kept as a support record, with your contact details removed.
  • Anonymous usage analytics, no longer linked to your account.
  • Anything we are required by law to keep, or need to prevent abuse of the Service.
