What You Will Learn

• Preparing a sponge cake

• Making fruit jam

• Preparing buttercream

• Building a stable cake structure

• Covering the cake with buttercream (including piping techniques)

• Making sugar dough flowers

Notes

• Participants will work individually.

• If more than 9 participants register, some participants may share a table and mix sponge and creams together, but each participant will make their own cake.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Participants may cancel their registration at any time; however, all cancellations are non-refundable.

• The ABA Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class up to 7 days before the start date. In such cases, participants who have paid will receive a full refund.

• In exceptional circumstances (such as severe weather, bereavement, or unforeseen personal emergencies), participants may be eligible for a full refund, subject to review and approval by the Academy.
