GR YARIS KUWAIT CUP 2025–2026

Terms and Conditions of Participation

1. Event Calendar

The Championship will comprise five official rounds:

• Round 1: 11-12 December 2025
• Round 2: 8-9 January 2026
• Round 3: 6-7 February 2026
• Round 4: 5-6 March 2026
• Round 5: 26-27 March 2026

Note: The event calendar is subject to change by the organizers.

2. Registration and Participation

Participation requires full registration completion, payment of all fees, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of payment within specified deadlines.

3. Registration Fees

The total participation fee is KWD 5,000

4. Driver Requirements

• Safety Equipment: FIA-approved helmet and HANS device are mandatory.
• Racing Apparel: Full FIA-certified racing suit, including fireproof underwear (top and bottom), gloves, socks, and shoes, must be worn during all sessions. Homologation code 8856-2018. 

5. Service Package

Provided by Nasser Mohammed Al Sayer & Sons Co., the service package includes:

• Engine oil replacement after each round
• Event fuel supply

6. Vehicle Usage Rules

• The vehicle remains the exclusive property of Nasser Mohammed Al Sayer & Sons Co.
• Cars only be used during official races
• Any misuse, reckless driving, or intentional damage will make the driver fully responsible for all damages.

7. Consumables

Drivers are responsible for all consumable parts, including: Tires, Brake pads, Clutch kits, Discs, etc.

All consumables must be sourced exclusively from Nasser Mohammed Al Sayer & Sons Co. at fixed rates. Drivers are also responsible for labor costs associated with part replacement or installation.

8. Payment Terms for Incidents

• Insurance covers damages exceeding KWD 1,000.
• Drivers are liable for up to KWD 1,000 per incident.
• Labor charges & Tires are not covered by insurance and are fully payable by the driver.
• Drivers are fully responsible for any damage to their assigned vehicle—regardless of who caused the incident.

9. Liability for Uninsured Damages

In the case of:

• Reckless driving
• Violations not covered by insurance
• Any clause exclusions within the insurance policy

The driver accepts full financial liability for all repairs, including engine damage, bodywork, mechanical, electronic, and safety systems etc.

10. Late Payment Penalties

• Consumables/Incident Charges: Must be settled within 72 hours of notification. A 10% late fee will be applied to overdue payments.

We encourage all drivers to adhere strictly to payment timelines.

11. Force Majeure

The organizers are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen events. Participants will be notified promptly in case of schedule changes.

12. Waiver of Liability

All participants acknowledge the inherent risks of motorsport and participate at their own risk. The organizers, sponsors, and affiliated entities bear no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation. All drivers must comply with safety regulations at all times.

13. Refund Policy

All fees are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued in the case of withdrawal, disqualification, or cancellation for rule violations.

If a driver is disqualified, suspended, or otherwise prohibited from participating in any round by the event stewards, race officials, or organizers—whether due to a technical, safety, disciplinary, or regulatory reason—the organizers shall bear no responsibility and no refunds or compensations will be issued. Participation fees and installment payments remain non-refundable under all such circumstances.

14. Driver Withdrawal

Withdrawals by the Driver are strictly prohibited. Once registered, participation is binding, and no withdrawal requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

15. Media & Promotions Consent

By entering the Championship, drivers:

• Grant full permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded.
• Authorize the use of this content across digital platforms and promotional material without compensation.
• Waive rights to review or approve final media content.

16. Amendments

The organizers reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any updates.

17. Acknowledgment

By participating in the GR YARIS KUWAIT CUP 2025–2026, the driver confirms they:

• Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
• Accept all liability for damages not covered by insurance.
• Agree to abide by all event rules, deadlines, and regulations.
• Understand that violations may result in disqualification or penalties.
