Terms and Conditions for Table Booking

Table Allocation:

Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis based on registration through the official website.

The organizing team will allocate tables and specific table locations cannot be guaranteed.

Booking Confirmation:

A confirmation email or ticket will be sent after completing the purchase.

Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable:

Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-shows, late arrivals, or changes in personal circumstances.

Inclusions:

Each table accommodates up to 6 guests, including children and nannies.

Includes a buffet dinner, finger foods, and beverages. Additional requests, including extra chairs or menu customizations, will not be accommodated.

Event Rules and Conduct:

All guests must follow the event's rules and regulations.

Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

Force Majeure:

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control (e.g., weather, government restrictions), bookings will be transferred to a future date. No refunds will be issued.
