Youth Film Festival

We are waiting for you at the Youth Film Festival, organized by the Academy of Arts and Media, affiliated with the Public Authority for Youth. The festival will feature film screenings and discussion sessions from January 25 to 27, 2026, at the Youth Center in Al-Dhia. The events will begin at 6 PM. On January 25, there will be a discussion titled 'The Relationship between the Film Critic and the Filmmaker' starting at 8 PM with critic Abdulstaar Naji and author Fawaz Al-Adwani. On January 26, the discussion will focus on 'Challenges of Film Production in Kuwait,' also starting at 8 PM with Hesham Al-Ghanem, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Cinema Company (Cinescape).
