Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a dedicated fitness enthusiast, this is your arena to prove your mettle across five grueling, progressive stages. We are looking for the "total package": cardiovascular endurance, functional strength, explosive speed, and the mental resilience to thrive under pressure.

• Kids Division (Ages 10–15): 10:00 AM
• Adults Division (Ages 16+): 2:00 PM

Competition Categories

We are excited to announce that this year’s challenge is open to two distinct age divisions:

• Adults: Ages 16+
• Kids: Ages 10–15

The Competition Journey

• Stage 1 – Cardio Endurance: Ignite your engine with a timed challenge featuring burpees, high knees, and precision jump rope.
• Stage 2 – Martial Arts Movement Challenge: A continuous, endurance-based round focusing on punch combinations, knee strikes, front/roundhouse kicks, defensive movement, and footwork drills. Evaluation is based on endurance, consistency, quality, and technique.
• Stage 3 – Kettlebell Strength Challenge: Test your raw power with movements including kettlebell swings, goblet squats, cleans & presses, and farmer carries.
• Stage 4 – Dumbbell Endurance Challenge: Push through fatigue with high-rep dumbbell thrusters, walking lunges, push presses, and the notorious devil press.
• Stage 5 – Ultimate Endurance Circuit: A final, relentless fusion of all disciplines into one continuous workout to determine the overall champion.

Adult Division (16+)
