Description
An inspiring journey into one of the world’s most significant cultural landmarks, where history meets innovative architecture and museums become immersive experiences. The lecture explores the concept of the “spectacular museum” through the Grand Egyptian Museum, highlighting its architectural harmony with the Giza Pyramids, its commitment to environmental sustainability, and its exhibition narrative—from the statue of Ramses II and the Grand Staircase to the treasures of Tutankhamun. The lecture will be delivered by Dr. El-Sayed Mahfouz, Professor of Archaeology and Ancient History at Kuwait University and a specialist in Egyptology. Join us at the Arabic Islamic Science Museum - Auditorium on Tuesday, February 10 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
