We invite you to join a session with entrepreneur and Founder of Feather Aerial Studio, Mona Al-Mazidi, titled "Taking the Leap." Mona will share her journey with the decisions that changed the course of her life, how her passion for circus arts and movement led her to embrace new experiences, go beyond the ordinary, and transform this passion into a mission that empowers women to discover their strength and potential. Holding a Master’s degree in Performing Arts Medicine, Mona has dedicated her career to supporting women's physical and mental health through science-based movement practices, believing that taking the leap doesn’t start with a big jump, but with a decision that gives us the courage to step towards what we believe in. ⭐️ Join us for an evening of stories, dialogue, and reflection, as we discover together how a single decision can change the course of our lives.
