Kokedama Planting Workshop

Kokedama planting workshop for the summer training program sponsored by the Public Authority for Manpower and Shaab Health City, in collaboration with Dar Al-Nuwair, Seedless, and the Forza platform at the Shaab Cooperative Society. Thank you, Caribou Cafe! This workshop will teach participants the traditional Japanese art of Kokedama, where ordinary plants are transformed into living, sustainable art pieces without the need for traditional pots. Step by step, you will learn how to wrap the plant's roots with natural green moss and secure them with threads in an aesthetically pleasing and sturdy manner. Date: Thursday, July 9, 2026.
