Al-Baghli Award for the Dutiful Son of Caricature Art 2026

The Al-Baghli Award for the Honorable Son in Cartoon Art 2026 The Ibrahim Taher Al-Baghli Foundation for the Honorable Son, in collaboration with the Kuwait Cartoon Association, is organizing the Al-Baghli Award for the Honorable Son in Cartoon Art. The organizing committee invites all Kuwaiti artists and residents in Kuwait to participate in this artistic competition during the period from June 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026. Competition Topics: Artists can participate in one or both of the following themes: * Cartoon works that embody the values of honoring parents and showing kindness to the elderly, reflecting meanings of loyalty, respect, and appreciation. * A caricature portrait or a realistic portrait of the Kuwaiti astronomer Dr. Saleh Al-Ajiri, in appreciation of his scientific and humanitarian contributions. Terms and Conditions of the Competition: 1. Participants must be at least 18 years old. 2. Participants must be Kuwaiti or residents in Kuwait. 3. Each artist may submit a maximum of three different works. 4. Winning works will not be returned to their owners. 5. The work size must be A3, with a resolution of at least 300 DPI. 6. All traditional or digital art techniques are allowed. 7. Digital works should be submitted via the website or email, and may also be delivered in person to the Kuwait Cartoon Association. 8. Works that have previously won prizes in other competitions are not eligible, but previous winners can participate in the art exhibition. 9.
