• Demonstration: How to mix croissant dough

• Lamination techniques (by hand or machine)

• Making classic Croissants & Pain au Chocolat

• How to prepare Almond Croissants

• Demonstration: Almond cream preparation

Notes:

• Each participant will work individually.

• If more than 9 participants register, some participants may share a table.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Participants may cancel their registration at any time; however, all cancellations are non-refundable.


• The ABA Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class up to 7 days before the start date. In such cases, participants who have already paid will receive a full refund.


• In exceptional circumstances (such as severe weather, bereavement, or unforeseen personal emergencies), participants may be eligible for a full refund, subject to review and approval by the Academy.
