- Floorwork
- Learn different ways to move on the floor, including transitions, levels, and movement combinations used within the choreography.
- Chair Tricks
- Learn different ways to move with and around the chair, including poses, transitions, and chair-based combinations.
- Transitions
- Learn how to transition between the chair, floor, and standing choreography.
- Performance & Attitude
- Work on confidence, expression, and performance throughout the routine.
