The one-hour film will be followed by a discussion with: @dr.saraalsayed , Doctorate in Counseling Psychology and Director of Psychotherapy and Counseling at @mindwellkw Rawa Alloughani, Founder of sustainable fashion brand Opas @opaskw , a conscious fashion house rooted in responsible living. The discussion aims to unpack how consumer behavior is shaped, how our relationship with “stuff” affects wellbeing, and how more conscious choices can lead to healthier individuals and communities.
