Wellness Morning at Bait Sharq

Join us for a Wellness Morning at Bait Sharq on January 31st. Registration Fee: 3 KD cash upon arrival. Meeting Point: Bait Sharq. Start Time: 9:00 AM. We are hosting a wellness experience with two activity options: 9:30 AM – Activity Tracks (Choose One): • Group 1: Run session to Shaheed park in collaboration with the running studio and coach Aziz (all levels welcome, even beginners). • Group 2: Breathing session followed by Gentle Yoga flow at Bait Sharq by Ghadeer @livewellwithgee. • Group 3: Puzzle activity. 10:45 AM – Recovery Session for Group 1. 11:15 AM – Brunch & Wellness Dewaniya, Activity by Mind Flow Kuwait: Decode your emotions: EQ - Self-Discovery test.
