Registration Fee: 3 KD Meeting Point: Bait Sharq Start Time: 9:00 AM We are hosting a wellness experience with two activity options: 9:30 AM – Activity Tracks (Choose One) • Group 1: Run session to Shaheed park in collaboration with the running studio and coach Aziz (all levels welcome, even beginners). • Group 2: Breathing session followed by Gentle Yoga flow at Bait Sharq by Ghadeer @livewellwithgee. • Group 3: Puzzle activity. 10:45 AM – Recovery Session by DISC for Group 1. 11:15 AM – Coffee by Richard’s, Brunch & Wellness Dewaniya Talk: From Awareness to Compassion: Closing the Year with Heart.
