• The ABA Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule
a class up to 7 days before the start date. In such cases, participants
who have paid will receive a full refund.

bereavement, or unforeseen personal emergencies), participants may be eligible
for a full refund, subject to review and approval by the Academy.
