We’re excited to announce the launch of our Freediving Course 😎🔥 The course is open for men and women ages 16+ and will be held at our Adailiya Branch. Participants will receive an international AIDA International freediving certification upon completion. Course Details: 3-day intensive course including theory class and pool training from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM and 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM. In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of freediving: breath-holding techniques to increase apnea time, comfortable diving up to 5 meters, safety and rescue techniques, freediving physiology, understanding pressure and its effects on the body while freediving, and an introduction to spearfishing and underwater hunting. This course qualifies you to safely dive from 5 to 10 meters using proper technique. Course Price: 80 KD. Course Dates: May 16-18, May 19-21, May 30 - June 1, June 2-4, June 6-8, June 9-11.
