How to temper chocolate and work with molds
How to use colored cocoa butter to decorate your bonbons
Preparation and assembly of signature bonbon flavors:- Caramel bars (biscuit crunchy + soft caramel)
- pistachio ganache
- expresso Ganache
Workshop Format:
This is a fully hands-on workshop. You will complete each step, from shell casting to filling and sealing, with professional finishing techniques. Work will be done in pairs, with individual products to take home.
