Imagine a special occasion where you are transported into a fairytale setting, surrounded by lush woodlands, twinkling lights, and whimsical decorations. A long, elegant table is set beneath a canopy of stars, adorned with delicate flowers and shimmering candles.

As you take your seat, a gourmet feast begins to unfold. The evening starts with a refreshing welcome drink of Passion and Mint, setting the tone for the culinary journey ahead. The first delight is an amuse-bouche of Cream Cheese & Honey Mousse, a savoury cone filled with cream cheese, fig jam, almond, fresh herbs, and lavender honey, awakening your palate. Next, you are treated to the Bonsai Harvest, an appetiser featuring zesty marinated vegetable curls, fresh greens, and a savoury soil garnish, all drizzled with toasted balsamic dressing. This vibrant dish is a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds.

The meal continues with a comforting Creamy Cauliflower Soup, enriched with leek confit, crème fraîche, Parmesan cheese, and herb oil, providing a warm embrace on this enchanting evening. For the main course, indulge in the Wagyu Beef & Chargrilled Seafood Skewer, featuring scallops, jumbo shrimp, and lobster, accompanied by potato pave and charred vegetables, all drizzled with a rich galbi sauce. Each bite is a celebration of exquisite flavours, perfectly matched to the magical ambiance.

To conclude this culinary adventure, a Hazel Dreamscape awaits. This dessert features a cocoa crisp, vanilla cream, hazelnut jaconde, and milk hazelnut mousse — a whimsical creation that melts in your mouth, leaving you in awe.

Throughout the evening, fairytale characters mingle among the guests, enchanting everyone with stories and laughter. The atmosphere is filled with the soft sounds of a string quartet, adding to the enchanting ambience.
