GR YARIS QATAR CUP 2025

We are thrilled to announce the GR YARIS QATAR CUP for the 2025 season, a premier racing series that promises to challenge and excite participants. This championship will push drivers to their limits, testing their skill, strategy, and endurance across multiple rounds in diverse racing conditions. The series will be held at the iconic Lusail International Circuit, renowned for its world-class facilities and challenging track layout.

• Round 1: 30 & 31 January, 2025
• Round 2: 7 March, 2025
• Round 3: 28 March, 2025
• Round 4: 25-26 April, 2025

Terms and Conditions for Participation in GR YARIS QATAR CUP 2025

1.    Registration and Participation

Participants interested in competing in the GR YARIS QATAR CUP 2025 are required to complete the registration process. This process includes a detailed breakdown of fees and payment terms, which must be adhered to for successful registration. Participants must review and comply with all registration guidelines and requirements.

2.    Registration Fees Breakdown

To offer a more manageable payment structure for our participants, the registration fees are divided into an initial payment of QAR 6,000, followed by three installments of QAR 18,000 each.

The payment schedule is as follows:

• Upon Registration: QAR 6000
• First Installment: QAR 18,000 (due no later than January 13th, 2025)
• Second Installment: QAR 18,000 (due no later than February 18th, 2025)
• Third Installment: QAR 18,000 (due no later than March 18th, 2025)

3.    Driver Requirements

• Safety Equipment: All drivers must provide their own helmet and HANS device, both of which must pass FIA inspection.
• Racing Gear: Drivers are required to wear a complete racing suit, including racing underwear (top and bottom), socks, gloves, and shoes.

4.    Consumables

The responsibility for consumables such as tires, clutch, brake pads, and discs lies with the drivers. Al Abdulghani Motors will provide these parts at a fixed price. Drivers are responsible for the cost of these parts and any associated labor costs in the event of damage or replacement. Drivers must use consumables provided by Al Abdulghani Motors.

5.    Service

Under the service agreement, Al Abdulghani Motors will cover the replacement of engine oil after every weekend on GR Yaris vehicles. Additionally, the cost of fuel will be covered as well.

6.    Payment Terms for Incidents

Al Abdulghani Motors has partnered with an insurance company to cover total loss and damage to vehicle. Under the current policy, drivers are responsible for covering costs up to a maximum of QAR 12,000 per incident. Any costs exceeding QAR 12,000 will be covered by the insurance policy. Labor costs are not exempt from this policy.

In cases of minor damage where vehicles pass inspection, drivers may defer payment until the end of the season. However, Al Abdulghani Motors reserves the final authority on determining when repairs are necessary.

7.    Late Payment Penalties

All payments, including installment payments and any other charges related to participation, must be made by the specified due dates. Failure to make payments on time will result in the following penalties:

• Installment Payments: Once the payment link for the installment payment of QAR 18,000 is sent, payment must be made within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of QAR 3000.
• Parts or Incident Payments: For any parts or incident-related payments, once the payment link is sent, payment must be made within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of 10% of the total amount due.

Participants are strongly encouraged to adhere to the payment schedule to avoid these additional charges.

8.    Force Majeure

The organizers shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of their obligations under these terms and conditions arising from events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, lockouts, pandemics, natural disasters, or any other event deemed to be force majeure. In the event of cancellation or postponement due to such circumstances, the organizers will notify participants as soon as possible.

11. Waiver of Liability

Participants acknowledge that motor racing is an inherently dangerous activity and participate at their own risk. The organizers, sponsors, and any associated companies shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the event. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own safety and compliance with all safety regulations.

12. Refund Policy

All payments made towards participation in the GR YARIS QATAR CUP 2025 are non-refundable. In the event of withdrawal or disqualification, participants shall not be entitled to any refund of fees or payments made.

13. Media, Photography, and Movies

By participating in the GR YARIS QATAR CUP 2025, all drivers consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded, and featured in movies during the event. These photos, videos, recordings, and movies may be used by the organizers for promotional, advertising, and media purposes across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, print materials, and film productions.

Participants waive any rights to review or approve the final content and acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for the use of their likeness in these materials.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The organizers of the GR YARIS QATAR CUP 2025 reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner. Participants will be required to acknowledge and agree to any changes within 48 hours of notification.

15. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By participating in the GR YARIS QATAR CUP 2025, all drivers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification or other penalties as deemed appropriate by the event organizers.
