تستضيف قاعة السينما في الثامنة مساء السبت المقبل، 14 سبتمبر، العرض الأول في الكويت للفيلم الأردني «إن شاء الله ولد» بحضور مخرجه أمجد الرشيد، حيث يعقب عرض الفيلم جلسة نقاشية مع المخرج. شارك الفيلم في برنامج أسبوع النقاد في مهرجان «كانْ السينمائي الدولي» في 2023، وحاز جائزتين، كما اختير للمنافسة في جوائز الأوسكار الأخيرة إضافةً إلى عرضه في 140 مهرجان سينمائي عالمي.

The Cinema Hall hosts next Saturday, September 14, Kuwait’s premiere of the award-winning Jordanian film “Inshallah a Boy” in the presence of its director, Amjad Al-Rasheed. The film premiered in the Critics’ Week programme at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival and won two awards. It has also been selected as Jordan’s submission for the Best International Feature Film category at the 96th Academy Awards. The screening will be followed by a discussion panel with the director. The film has English subtitles.
