Instructor will guide you to establish a foundation of Korean cooking.
You will learn essential tips and techniques to cook authentic Korean dishes from choosing sauces to proper ingredients.

2nd Week : Home made side dishes using Traditional Sauces
- Fermented Soybean Paste (DeonJang): Green Chilli salad
