Lumen with Dajan and Omar

Lumen printing is a camera-less photography technique that uses sunlight or UV light to create stunning images. Objects are placed on light-sensitive paper and exposed for 10 minutes to several hours, allowing the paper to change colors and form detailed silhouettes. The name “lumen” comes from the Latin word for light, as the process relies on natural light to develop the print. It’s an easy, creative way to explore alternative photography and create one-of-a-kind artwork!

‎‏‎”طباعة لومن” تقنية تصوير بدون كاميرا، يُستَخدَم فيها ضوء الشمس أو الأشعة فوق البنفسجية لطباعة صور مذهلة. تُصَفُّ الأشياء على ورق حساس للضوء ويُوضَع تحت الضوء الطبيعي لمدة تتراوح بين 10 دقائق إلى عدة ساعات، مما يسمح للورق بتغيير الألوان وتكوين صور ظلية مفصلة. يأتي اسم “لومن” من الكلمة اللاتينية التي تعني الضوء، حيث تعتمد العملية على الضوء الطبيعي للطباعة. إنها طريقة سهلة وإبداعية لاستكشاف التصوير الفوتوغرافي البديل وإنشاء أعمال فنية فريدة من نوعها
