مسابقة القصيدة الوطنية

للناشئة والشباب

بمناسبة الأعياد الوطنية لدولة الكويت

• شروط المشاركة في المسابقة:

- الفئة العمرية المستهدفة: تقتصر المشاركة على الفئة العمرية من 14 إلى 18 سنة.

• موضوع القصيدة:

- يجب أن تعبر القصيدة عن موضوع الوطنية وحب الوطن، مع إبراز القيم الوطنية والانتماء للوطن.

• لغة القصيدة:

- تكتب القصيدة باللغة العربية الفصحى، ويُراعى فيها سلامة اللغة من الأخطاء النحوية والإملائية.

• شكل القصيدة

- تقبل المشاركات في إطار الشعر العمودي أو الحر، مع الالتزام بمقومات القصيدة الفنية من وزن وقافية في حالة الشعر العمودي.

• عدد الأبيات أو الطول:

- يجب ألا يقل عدد الأبيات عن 10 أبيات ولا يزيد عن 25 بيتا.

- في حالة الشعر الحر يجب ألا يتجاوز النص صفحتين بحد أقصى.

• الأصالة وعدم النشر المسبق

- يشترط أن تكون القصيدة من تأليف المشارك نفسه، ولم تنشر سابقا في أي وسيلة إعلامية أو أدبية أو تشارك في مسابقات أخرى.

- يتحمل المشارك كامل المسؤولية عن أي انتهاك لحقوق الملكية الفكرية.

• آلية التقديم:

- ترسل القصائد عبر البريد الإلكتروني المخصص للمسابقة + صورة البطاقة المدنية للمشارك.

• الموعد النهائي للتقديم

- تغلق أبواب المشاركة في 20 يناير 2025 .

• التحكيم

- تخضع المشاركات لتقييم لجنة تحكيم متخصصة في الشعر والأدب، وفق المعايير التالية:

- الالتزام بالموضوع.

- الإبداع الفني وجودة التعبير .

- سلامة اللغة والأسلوب.

• الجوائز:

تمنح جوائز قيمة للفائزين بالمراكز الثلاثة الأولى وذلك حسب التالي :

- الأولى 300 د.ك

- الثانية 200 د.ك

- الثالثة 150 د.ك

- سوف يشارك الفائزين بالمراكز الأولى بأمسية شعرية وطنية

" في حب الكويت " بهذه المناسبة خلال شهر فبراير 2025 .

• ملاحظات عامة:

- يحق للجنة المنظمة رفض أي مشاركة لا تستوفي الشروط.

- تعد المشاركة في المسابقة موافقة ضمنية على نشر القصيدة ضمن فعاليات المجلس.

 National Poetry Contest 
for Young and Youth 
on the occasion of Kuwait's National Holidays

• Participation conditions in the competition: 
- The targeted age group: Participation is limited to the age group from 14 to 18 years. 

• Poem theme: 
- The poem must express the theme of nationalism and love of the homeland, highlighting national values and belonging to the homeland. 

• Poem language: 
- The poem is written in standard Arabic, and the correctness of the language from grammatical and spelling errors is observed. 

• Poem format: 
- Submissions are accepted within the framework of vertical or free poetry, with adherence to the components of the artistic poem of weight and rhyme in the case of vertical poetry. 

• Number of verses or length: 
- The number of verses should not be less than 10 verses and not more than 25 verses. 
- In the case of free poetry, the text should not exceed two pages at most. 

• Originality and no prior publication: 
- It is required that the poem be authored by the participant himself, and has not been previously published in any media or literary means or participated in other competitions. 
- The participant bears full responsibility for any violation of intellectual property rights. 

• Submission Mechanism: 
- Poems are sent via the email dedicated to the competition + photo of the participant's civil ID. 

• Final submission date: 
- The doors of participation close on January 20, 2025. 

• Judging: 
- Submissions are evaluated by a specialized judging committee in poetry and literature, according to the following criteria: 
- Commitment to the subject. 
- Artistic creativity and quality of expression. 
- Correctness of language and style. 

• Prizes: Valuable prizes are awarded to the winners of the first three places as follows: 
- First 300 KD 
- Second 200 KD 
- Third 150 KD 
- The winners of the first places will participate in a national poetic evening "In Love with Kuwait" on this occasion during February 2025.

• General notes: 
- The organizing committee has the right to reject any participation that does not meet the conditions. 
- Participation in the competition is an implicit agreement to publish the poem within the activities of the council.
