تحظى إصدارات المجلس الوطني للثقافة والفنون والآداب على اهتمام بالغ من المهتمين والمعنيين بالثقافة المحلية والعالمية، كونها من أهم المراجع التي تعرض الأدب والثقافة والفكر، وذلك من خلال إصداراتها المختلفة مثل؛ مجلة عالم الفكر و هي مجلة دورية محكمة تهتم بنشر الدراسات والبحوث التي تتسم بالأصالة النظرية والإسهام النقدي في مجالات الفكر المختلفة ، وسلسلة عالم المعرفة وهي سلسلة كتب ثقافية تهدف إلى تزويد القارئ بمادة جيدة من الثقافة تغطي جميع فروع المعرفة وربطه بأحدث التيارات الفكرية والثقافية المعاصرة، أما سلسلة إبداعات عالمية فهي سلسلة ابداعية تنشر مختلف أنواع الابداع الانساني العالمي: المسرح، والقصة القصيرة، والشعر، والرواية.
كذلك يصدر المجلس الوطني للثقافة والفنون والآداب مجلة الثقافة العالمية وهي مجله فكرية ثقافية أدبية فنية متخصصة بنشر المواضيع المترجمة من اللغات الاخرى إلى العربية، وذلك بغية مد جسور المعرفة والتواصل مع ثقافه الآخر وربط القارئ العربي بمجرياتها. وفي سبيل تنمية الوعي الفني المسرحي واثرائه فكرياً وأدبياً جاءت ضرورة إصدار ونشر سلسلة من المسرحيات العالمية المترجمة لكبار الكتاب المتميزين على الساحة المسرحية العالمية من خلال سلسلة بعنوان المسرح العالمي.

The publications of the National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature receive great interest from those interested and concerned with local and global culture, as they are one of the most important references that display literature, culture and thought, through its various publications such as; The World of Thought magazine, which is a periodic refereed magazine interested in publishing studies and research characterized by theoretical originality and critical contribution in various fields of thought, and the World of Knowledge series, a cultural books series aimed at providing the reader with good cultural material that covers all branches of knowledge and connects it with the latest contemporary intellectual and cultural currents, As for the World Creations series, it is a creative series that publishes various types of global human creativity: theater, short story, poetry, and the novel.
 The National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature also publishes the magazine of World Culture, which is a specialized intellectual, cultural, literary, and artistic magazine specialized in publishing topics translated from other languages into Arabic, with the aim of extending the bridges of knowledge and communication with the other's culture and linking the Arabic reader with its developments. In order to develop and enrich the theatrical artistic awareness, it was necessary to issue and publish a series of translated global plays by distinguished writers on the world theater scene through a series called World Theater.
