حفل غنائي يستعيد أعمال كبار المطربين التي ارتبطت بالإذاعة المصرية، يغنيها الكورال تصاحبه الفرقة الموسيقية بقيادة المايسترو د. خالد نوري.
في العام 1934 كان التاريخ على موعد مع أول إذاعة حكومية رسمية عربية، والتي انطلقت من القاهرة مستهلةً بثها بالعبارة الشهيرة: «هنا القاهرة». ومن يومها بدأت رحلة الإذاعة، وامتدت لتشمل جميع أنحاء الوطن العربي بأسره. وعلى مدى عقود ارتبطت ذاكرة الشعب العربي بأجمل الأعمال الغنائية لكبار المطربين عبْر أثيرِ الإذاعة، مثل أم كلثوم ومحمد عبدالوهاب وأسمهان وليلى مراد وعبدالحليم حافظ وشادية وفريد الأطرش وغيرهم كثير.
في هذا الحفل الذي تستضيفه قاعة الشيخ جابر العلي الموسيقية في 17 أبريل المقبل، نستعيد مجموعةً متنوعة من تلك الأعمال الجميلة لهؤلاء المطربين وآخرين، ارتبطت بالإذاعة المصرية، يغنيها الكورال بالطريقة الكلاسيكية، وتُصاحبُه فرقة موسيقية كبيرة يبلغ عددها الإجمالي 50 عازفًا ومغنيًا، ويقودها المايسترو د. خالد نوري الذي تولى أيضًا إعادة التوزيع الموسيقي للأعمال بنحوٍ جديد يتماشى مع متطلبات عصرنا الحالي.

In 1934, Cairo saw the inauguration of the first official Arab government radio station, broadcasting its signals across the entire region. Over the years, a deep connection has developed with the captivating melodies of renowned singers, transmitted via the frequencies of Radio Cairo. From legendary singers like Umm Kulthumm, Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Asmahan, Laila Murad, Farid Al-Atrash and Abdel Halim Hafez to beloved artists such as Shadia, Fayza Ahmed, Warda and numerous others, their melodies have imprinted themselves upon our hearts.
This concert, scheduled for April 17th at the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ali Concert Hall, will revisit a repertoire of enchanting songs that once adorned the airwaves of Egyptian radio. The timeless melodies will be presented by the choir and the musical ensemble under the direction of Kuwaiti conductor Dr Khaled Noori, who has skillfully rearranged the tunes to align with modern tastes.
