يعد معرض القرين الشامل للفن التشكيلي أحد الفعاليات الأساسية لمهرجان القرين الثقافي منذ تأسيسه عام 1994، تحت شروط وضوابط وضعتها اللجنة العليا للمشاركة في المعرض وأهمها الفئة العمرية من ٣٥ وما فوق.
يعكس هذا المعرض السنوي مختلف الاتجاهات والأساليب الفنية التي تطرأ على ساحة الإبداع التشكيلي في الكويت عاماً بعد عام، ويلتقي فيه جميع الفنانين التشكيليين الكويتيين بمختلف أعمارهم وأجيالهم، ليصبح هذا المعرض بانوراما حقيقية شاملة يطلع عليها المهتمون من متذوقي الفن ونقاده. وتأكيداً على سياسة رعاية الثقافة والفنون والاحتفاء بالمبدعين الجادين خصصت لهذه المسابقة الفنية جوائز أدبية ومادية لتشجيع الفنانين، وقد نجح هذا المعرض وثبت أقدامه، وأصبح معرضاً مهماً يحرص الفنان التشكيلي على المشاركة فيه.

The comprehensive Qurain Art Exhibition is one of the main events of the Qurain Cultural Festival since its establishment in 1994, under conditions and controls set by the Supreme Committee for participation in the exhibition, the most important of which is the age group of 35 and above.
This annual exhibition reflects the various directions and artistic styles that arise on the scene of plastic creativity in Kuwait year after year, and all Kuwaiti plastic artists of different ages and generations meet in it, to become this exhibition a comprehensive real panorama that art connoisseurs and critics are interested in. In confirmation of the policy of sponsoring culture and arts and celebrating serious creators, literary and material prizes have been allocated to this artistic competition to encourage artists, and this exhibition has succeeded and established its feet, and has become an important exhibition that the plastic artist is keen to participate in.
