الشروط و الأحكام :

* أسعار التذاكر تحدد بناء على فئات الزوار

-الفئة ١: الكبار (١٦+ سنة) = ١٠ د.ك
-الفئة ٢: الصغار (٤ الى ١٦ سنة) ١٠ د.ك
-الفئة ٣: المربيات = ٥ د.ك
-الفئة ٤: الأطفال (٣ سنوات و أقل) = مجاناً
-الفئة ٥: ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة = مجاناً

-يجوز للزائر تعديل أوقات التذكرة او تاريخ التذكرة على ان يكون ذلك قبل ٢٤ ساعة من تاريخ و وقت الحجز، و صالحة لمدة سنة من تاريخ الحجز.

-باختيار التذاكر الخاصة بك، توافق على الالتزام بالفئات المذكورة وجميع قواعد الدخول الأخرى.

-الدخول مسموح فقط لحاملي التذاكر الصالحة.

- التذكرة صالحة فقط لتاريخ و وقت الدخول الذي تم حجزه من قبل الزائر.

-في حالة عدم حضور الزائر في الوقت المحجوز لا يجوز له استرجاع قيمة التذكرة.

- لا يجوز لك إدخال الأطعمة والمشروبات إلى المتحف إلا إذا تم شراؤها من مقصف المتحف.

-يجب عليك اتباع قواعدنا واتباع تعليماتنا في المتحف.

- يعتبر السلوك المسيء أو التهديد الجسدي أو اللفظي تجاه موظفينا أو اتجاة أحد زوّارنا أمرًا مسيء وغير مقبول وسيتم التحقيق في أي حوادث من هذا القبيل واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة.

- لا يمكن تفعيل التذاكر إلا باستخدام رمز الاستجابة السريعة QR-Code الذي تلقيته. إذا لم يكن لديك رمز الاستجابة السريعة الخاص بك معك، فلن يتم إصدار التذاكر, كما يُمكنك مراجعة شباك التذاكر لاصدار QR-Code.



Terms and Conditions:
-Ticket prices are determined based on the categories of visitors:

-Category 1: Adults (16+ y/o) = 10 KD
-Category 2: Children (4-16 y/o) 10 KD
-Category 3: Nannies = 5 KD
-Category 4: Children (3 y/o and below) = FREE
-Category 5: People with special needs = FREE

The visitor may modify the ticket times or date of the ticket, within 24 hours before the date and time of the reservation, and it is valid for one year from the date of the reservation.

-By selecting your tickets, you agree to abide by the categories listed below and all other entry rules.

-Entry is permitted only for valid ticket holders.

-The ticket is only valid for the entry date and time booked by the visitor.

-If the visitor does not show up at the reserved time, he may not refund the ticket value.
-You may not bring food and drinks into The Museum unless they were purchased from The Museum cafeteria.

-You must follow our rules and follow our instructions in The Museum.

-Physically or verbally abusive or threatening behavior towards our staff or members of the public is offensive and unacceptable and any such incidents will be investigated and appropriate action taken.

-Tickets can only be activated using the QR Code you received. If you do not have your QR Code with you, tickets will not be issued. However, you can also check with the ticket window to issue your QR-Code.
